 The Annual Rowayton School Spring Carnival will be held on the school field on Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3. This year will feature more kids’ games, field competitions, delicacies in the food tent, and once again a beautiful new Italian Vespa scooter as the raffle grand prize! Raffle Tickets are on sale (and the Vespa displayed) at Fairfield County Bank. Tickets are $20. The purchase of a raffle ticket is the easiest way to directly support the school and potentially cruise off in your shiny new red 2008 Vespa!!
Volunteers are always needed at this long-standing Rowayton tradition. Consider baking a cake for the cake walk or brownies for the Bake Sale. If you ever wanted to relive your mischievous childhood by filling water balloons, or tins with whipped cream for the pie throwing contest, then we have a job for you. Maybe you prefer the more tranquil waters of the fishpond. If you like to socialize, then try out our Food Tent flipping burgers or manning the cash register. So, if you’ve ever thought about running off with the “Carnival,” here’s your chance to give it a whirl for an hour or two.
