Santa Run and Holiday Toy Collection

Sunday, December 14th, 2008: Santa Run from 1:00-2:45pm, Holiday Toy Collection from 1:00-3:00pm

You better watch out... Santa’s making his annual visit to Rowayton aboard his big red Fire Engine sleigh. Santa will start at the Rowayton train station at 1:00pm and make the following stops. Children who miss Santa on his rounds can visit him at the Fire House from 2:15-2:45pm.

Holiday Toy Collection

Members of the Rowayton Volunteer Fire Department will be collecting new toys for at-risk children in our area this holiday season. Please bring a new, unwrapped toy, gift card or other gift (appropriate for ages 4 to 13) to the Fire House on Sunday, December 9th from 1:00 – 3:00pm, or hand your donation to Santa during his Santa Run that same day. Toys will be donated to the George Washington Carver Center in South Norwalk and distributed at their annual Holiday party. Call Joan de Regt at 853-0842 if you’d like to participate, but can’t get to the Fire House that afternoon.
